Original Design. At the beginning stage, we’d like to ask you for sending us your Teck Pack , Sketches, pictures or physical samples. Our technician will analyze the fabric, workmanship, out-sourcing process and confirm the details with you.

Raw Material Sourcing：After confirming the styles, we will send you a sourcing package according to your requirements, including main fabric, lining, trimmings, etc. So that you could select the suitable material for your designs.

Sample Making: Normally sampling procedure as below :  First proto sample: 10-14 days with sub material for checking sizing and workmanship.  Revised : 10-14 days with sub material after receiving the comments of proto samples.  SMS: 10- 14 days with correct material.

Raw Material Development: When sampling ,we will start developing the correct material as the same time, such as Strike-off, L/D, Labels, Hang tag, Embroidery, Rubber Print, Elastic, Beading, Crochet, etc.

Bulk Production：After all sampling process, the design and quantity has been settled. We will purchase the material according to your PO. Production flow as below: Purchase raw material—Inspection—Relaxing fabric— Cutting& Sewing– In-line QC & End-line QC –Packing—Final Inspection– Shipment. Normally, It will take about 50 to 90 days to complete this whole process. The production time is based on quantity and styles.

Quotation：After confirming the style details and materials, we will quote you based on this information. Once your approval the price, we will make samples for you as soon as possible
